The facilities of the Club consist of the following: a 27-hole golf course designed by Arthur Hills, a driving range and practice facilities for pitching and putting; The Clubhouse, consisting of approximately 42,000 square feet includes a dinning room and lounge / bar, a golf pro shop, locker room facilities, men's and women's card rooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices and a golf cart / golf bag storage facility; The Esplanade consists of approximately 20,0000 square feet and contains the Tennis / Fitness / Swimming Center. The Tennis facility includes a Pro Shop, 11 standard courts plus a Grandstand court adjacent to the Esplanade Bistro where casual lunches and dinners are served with indoor or outdoor seating. Seven of the Tennis Courts are lit for night play. The Fitness Center and Spa at the Esplanade are fully equipped with a variety of cardiovascular equipment, aerobic studios, steam rooms and massage rooms. The swimming center features a Mediterranean style junior Olympic swimming pool, a children's wading pool, a hot tub / whirlpool, changing facilities, showers and day lockers. A Children's Activity Studio is located at the Esplanade for parents who would like to have their young children engage in supervised activities while they are enjoying a tennis match, a workout, a swim or a relaxing massage.
Addison Reserve has been designed as a community that provides a superior lifestyle for families with a wide range of interests and ages. Distributed throughout the Community are four mini-parks that offer members a quiet space to look out over a lake and observe the natural beauty of the flora and fauna or let their children and grandchildren toss a ball in a grassy open space, play on the swings and slides or do a circuit workout on the training bars and benches.
The Addison Reserve Country Club is a member owned Club. A professional staff manages operations of the Club with oversight divided between the Club Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the Master Property Owners Association. Each of the nineteen Villages has their own Property Owners Association to manage Village affairs and maintain common areas and roadways.
Two categories of Equity Membership are available at the Club. All residents must purchase an equity membership when buying a home at Addison Reserve. There are 565 Golf Memberships at the Club with the remaining 152 memberships being Sports Memberships. A Golf Membership entitles the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. A Sports Membership entitles the member to use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Sports members are entitled to unlimited golf play during the period May 1 to October 31 and limited use of the golf facilities during the balance of the year. The Club is located on Jog Road in Delray Beach, Florida just south of Linton Blvd and just north of the Morikami Museum in Boca Raton
